At Semikolon, we want your home to reflect your unique style; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
